Introduction
Welcome to piggy+, a zero-based family budgeting application (the "Application") provided by Conrad Research LLC ("Conrad Research"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

Use of the Application
The Application is intended for personal use. You may not use the Application for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Conrad Research.

Account Creation and Security
In order to use the Application, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account. You should not share your account information with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you should contact Conrad Research immediately.

User Content
The Application allows you to input and track your personal financial information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the information that you input into the Application. Conrad Research will not be liable for any inaccuracies or errors in the information that you provide.

Limited Power of Attorney for Account Access
By using the Application, you grant Conrad Research a limited power of attorney to access and retrieve information from any financial accounts (such as bank accounts, credit card accounts, etc.) and any retailer accounts (such as Target, Amazon, etc.) that you have linked to your piggy+ account, solely for the purpose of providing you with budgeting and financial tracking services. This power of attorney is limited to accessing account information and does not include the ability to make transactions on your behalf. You may revoke this power of attorney at any time by disconnecting any linked accounts in the Application settings. Conrad Research will use the information collected through this power of attorney only as necessary to provide the Application's services and as further described in our Privacy Policy. Conrad Research will not use this information for any other purpose or share it with any third parties without your express consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Conrad Research makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials or products included on the Application. Conrad Research does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
Conrad Research will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Modification of Terms
Conrad Research reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the Application. Your continued use of the Application following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Application will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
